The LMH Fine Arts Center physically represents its deep commitment to the role of the arts in a holistic, excellent education. The Calvin and Janet High Fine Arts Center houses music rooms and art studios as well as the state-of-the art 1,169-seat Weaver Auditorium for performances. The Fine Arts Center is frequently rented by outside groups for a variety of performances ranging from the Nutcracker Suite ballet to Southern Gospel concerts.
At LMH, several opportunities in drama, music and art are offered to students, whether they are beginners in learning the guitar or performing in South Africa with the LMH Campus Chorale, there is something for every level of ability in fine arts. More about fine arts. . .
Students put their academic skills to practical use through several school publications:
- The Millstream is the student newspaper for Lancaster Mennonite High School.
- Silhouette is a student literary magazine that publishes the creative work of students.
- Laurel Wreath is the yearbook for Lancaster Mennonite High School.
- School yearbook, a year-long in-school commitment involving student writers, editors, photographers, layout artists and other student staff.

Both Silhouette and Laurel Wreath have won awards for their literary excellence.
International Students Association
The International Students Association (ISA), an association that connects all international and American students, offering leadership and service opportunities which are critical for college applications. ISA members enjoy varied activities like ‘Experience USA’ field trips, social events and volunteer services in the school and community to enrich their experiences living and studying in the US.
